Open the cmd prompt with admin privileges and type the following command. attrib -h -r -s /s /d f:\\*.* am assuming ur affected drive letter is f so make sure u check it out. Pres enter and wait for 2 min open ur pendrive , some of the file may be hidden, so open the contro panel and unhide in the privacy. Now both shortcuts and original files will be seen in the pendrive. Delete the shortcut viruses, copy the whole files into a separate disk. Format ur pendrive and return the files to it.
